AAMO: Young Managers’ Program 2025
Organized by Macau Management Association (MMA) and Asian Association of Management Organisations (AAMO), the "Young Managers’ Program 2025" was held from December 9-12 in Macao and Hong Kong.
The delegates consisted of young managers from 4 National Management Organizations from AAMO, including Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, and Nepal. The delegation visited large-scale corporates in Macao and Hong Kong. MMA held a welcome dinner and farewell dinner for the program and we had the honor to have invited Mr. Tommy Lau, Council Chairman of MMA; Mr. Raymond Bao, President of AAMO and Council Vice-Chairman of MMA; and Mr. Keegan Cheang, Council Vice-Chairman and Honorary Treasurer of MMA to attend the dinner.
The theme of the program is "Leading the Future: Powered by Innovation". Through the corporate visits, sharing sessions and group discussions, the delegates deeply understood the economic development of Macao, Hong Kong and Hengqin.
The delegation visited the Poly MGM Museum and the back stage of 《Macao 2049》, at MGM Macau and MGM Cotai. Through immersive and innovative multi-sensory experiences, the delegates had gained in-depth insights of the intelligent and diversified development of the Integrated Tourism and Leisure Enterprise in Macao. On behalf of MMA, Mr. Tommy Lau presented a souvenir to Mr. Francis Tan, Vice- President of Learning & Talent Management of MGM.
Additionally, the delegation hadvisited Kai Tak Sports Park, Hong Kong Science and Technology Park and Lee Kum Kee Factory in Tai Po, and the delegates found that the program was inspirational.
YMP 2025 also included an executive sharing session. MMA was honored to invite Ms. Zoe Sou, Deputy Director of Livelihood Affairs Bureau of Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone in Hengqin;and Ms. Karen Lam, Executive Director of the Hengqin Pien Tze Huang Museum as guest speakers, helping delegates to gain an in-depth understanding of the development opportunities and innovative management models brought by the Hengqin Cooperation Zone to Macao.
