YMC organized hiking activity successfully
MMA Young Managers' Club (YMC) organized a hiking activity on March 16.
The outdoor activity was held at Hac-Sa Youth Activity Development Base and Hac Sá Long Chao Kok Coastal Trail, which led by professional instructors. The activity included wall climbing, basic outdoor safety knowledge sharing, coastal trail hiking, group games and a barbecue.
Through team activities, hiking and wall climbing experiences, participants not only relaxed their body and mind, effectively relieving their daily work pressure, but also enhanced their courage, perseverance and willpower. The response from the participants was overwhelmingly positive, with many finding the activities both enjoyable and challenging. Meanwhile, it allowed them to meet new friends from different industries. Moreover, the activity boosted their self-confidence and led them further understanding their own strengths and weaknesses.
YMC is one of the special interest groups of MMA, it has targeted young executives in Macao. YMC has been promoting the theory and application of management as its purpose. It provides a platform for young executive members to communicate with each other and enhance their professional knowledge. It also organizes different kinds of group activities to broaden the participants’ horizons and strengthen their management expertise and skills.
