“Bank of China Trophy” Global Management Challenge Regional Final 2020
Organized by Macau Management Association (MMA) and title sponsored by Bank of China Macau branch, the “Bank of China Trophy” Global Management Challenge Macao Regional Final 2020 had been taken place on 18th January, 2021 in MMA Seminar Room.
There were total of 128 team participated in the Regional Competition, including 120 student teams and 8 corporate and mixed teams from local higher institutions, banks, corporations and public sectors. After two rounds of elimination, the 7 finalist teams competed for the Champion title of Macao Regional Final.
The competition simulates situations such as the cooperation among departments and external competition of a company. Participants are able to learn how to manage and operate a listed company in the virtual business environment, understand and engage with different business model in which modern management is in practice. This competition has a positive effect on fostering local managers.
