MMA Language Club: Latte Art Workshop

Language Club had organized a Latte Art Workshop on August 15. The attendees learned the basic knowledge of espresso, operation of espresso machine and the theory and technique of latte art.

We had invited a professional barista from Rethink Coffee Roasters, a local coffee shop, as the tutor to teach the basics of milk streaming and getting the attendees try their hand at brewing coffee and some latte art. The workshop was conducted mainly in English and supplemented with Cantonese. It attracted participants from various industries such as government departments, catering services, gaming industry, small and medium enterprises, and MMA members to attend. The attendees learned the skills of latte art while learning the related professional English terms.
