MMA Annual General Meeting & Inauguration Dinner of the 21st Council

Organized by Macau Management Association, the Annual General Meeting Inauguration Dinner of the 21st Council was successfully held on October 22 at MGM Macau. The meeting was hosted by Mr. Chui Sai Cheong, President of MMA. Mr. Tommy Lau, Council Chairman of MMA; Mr. Jackson Tsui, Chairman of MMA Supervisory Board; Mr. Raymond Bao, the then Vice-Chairman and Honorary Treasurer of MMA; Mr. Samuel Yu, Auditor from KPMG reported the Council report, opinions from the Supervisory Board, statement of accounts and opinions from auditor respectively.


The Management Board of 21st Council was being elected during the meeting. Mr. Chui Sai Cheong, President of MMA, Mr. Tommy Lau, Council Chairman of MMA, Mr. Jackson Tsui, Chairman of MMA Supervisory Board will continue to assume the leadership positions. The Inauguration Dinner was held after the meeting. Mr. Peter Lam, Mr. Eddie Wong, Mr. Bernie Leong, Mr. Jose Tang, Mr. Paul Tse, Mr. Chan Chak Mo and Mr. Liu Cai Seng, Vice-Presidents of MMA; Mr. Vong Hin Fai, Council Vice-Chairman and Honorary Secretary General of MMA; Mr. Keegan Cheang, Council Vice-Chairman and Honorary Treasurer of MMA; Mr. Alex Mok, Mr. Raymond Bao, Ms. Simone Ho and Mr. Carlos Lam, Council Vice-Chairmen attended the dinner.


Addressing the Inauguration Dinner’s opening remarks, Mr. Chui said that Macao has been engaging in increasingly frequent regional cooperation and external exchanges, with the implementation of the Overall Development Plan for the Hengqin Guangdong-Macao In-Depth Cooperation Zone and a series of national policies benefiting Macao. MMA will strengthen exchanges and cooperation with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area to support Macao integrate into the overall national development framework. In the future, through professional management training, MMA will assist enterprises in seizing development opportunities in these emerging industries and provide talent support for Macao's economic transformation.
