YAP Workshop: DISC Personality Test

Unlock Your Personality Code, Achieve Excellence in Life - DISC Personality Test Workshop was successfully held on April 15, with enthusiastic responses from the YAP members.

Ms. Crystal Ieong, the trainer at MIM was invited to share her personality decoding with the participants. Ms. Ieong is the first locally trained trainer in Macau who is a certified Wiley Everything DiSC@ professional consultant and trainer. Through the workshop, participants took the DISC personality test and learned to understand their strengths and re-examine their areas of improvement, and learn to build good relationships with people of different personalities while gaining a better understanding of themselves. so as to effectively develop their potential and enhance their values and move toward their ideal life.
