Supervisors must position themselves as leaders, advocating the goals of the organization while managing staff. This module provides essential skills and delivers practical tools that enable you to fulfill your responsibilities and lead with confidence. The general workforce has been introduced to the concept or practice of utilizing ‘SMART Goals’ as well.
