HR Professionals Club: Visit to Willis Towers Watson and Yahoo! HK

        Human Resources Management plays a vital role nowadays on driving changes, developing human capital and achieving business growth for an organization along with the economic development of Macau is entering a new era.

        MMA HR Professionals Club and The Macau Human Resources Management Association had co-organized a study visit to Hong Kong on 27thApril, 2018. Led by Mr. Keegan Cheang, MMA Council Vice-Chairman and Chairman of HR Club, and Ms. Wendy Vong, representative of The Macau Human Resources Management Association.

        A group of 40 delegates visited Willis Towers Watson Hong Kong and Yahoo! HK. Mr. Roger Steel, Managing Director of Willis and Senior Director of Marketing and PR Communications of Yahoo! HK extended their warm welcome and generous hospitality to the delegations and introduced the latest roles of HR practitioners.       

       The department heads share with the participants on the importance of manpower planning, addressing issues including the optimization of talent attraction and retention, welfare, wellness and retirement of employees.

       The visit had provided insight into the HR policy and talent management in Hong Kong enterprises and was highly appreciated by delegates as a fruitful experience.
